About Us

Welcome to Cypress Chase North, a beautiful condominium community located in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. Our community consists of five distinct associations, each of which is a separate corporate entity recognized under the State of Florida Condominium Law. The Property Owners Association, which serves as the “umbrella” corporation, and four individual condominium associations (buildings 1, 2, 3, and 4). Each association is governed by its own board of directors and bylaws, which articulate its unique mission and objectives. By adhering to governing documents, we ensure that our community maintains its high standards of excellence and that the interests of all stakeholders are protected.
